SIR PETER BLAKE RA

Known for his art work on the Beatles Album - Seargent Pepper - born June 25, 1932

Blake was born in Dartford, Kent. From 1951 to 1953 he served in the Royal Air Force. After which he studied at the Gravesend School of Art, and then the Royal College of Art from 1953 to 1956.

In the 1950's Sir Peter Blake became the best known Pop Artist.
